Volunteer Opportunities 

hospitals- there are many opportunities for you to volunteer at a hospital.Also many volunteers work more with patients. 

Such as 

•  playing game boards
• assisting in the playrooms 
• reading books to the patients 

Gym- volunteers are big need.why? because we need then to give them energy. for example

• lead to places with energy 
• teach yoga, aerobics,group cycling
• go out for a jog
• release stress with some yoga.
