EDUCATION: The FACT Training and Development Program is a multi-faceted program that provides a variety of educational tools, resources, and opportunities. It is designed to reach the entire inspectorate as well as a large base of cellular therapy programs and cord blood banks on a continuous basis. The Training and Development Program has and will continue to improve and evolve over time based upon current issues, needs, and outcomes
